This program grants you access to 1-on-1 coaching sessions every week. These 50-min sessions can be conducted either virtually or in person and are designed to dive deeper into your health priorities and goals.

Personalized next steps

Once priorities are identified and goals are established, we’ll create a plan with actionable steps and lifestyle shifts to help you progress toward reaching your goals.

The work we do together will not be about quick fixes. Tessa takes an all-encompassing approach to examine all aspects of health with her clients, ensuring that nothing is overlooked and that the goals set are achievable and sustainable for the long term.

3-Month Health Reboot
$1,200

Includes weekly in-person, virtual, or telephone meetings with up to 3 additional meetings (for food prep, pantry revamp, or grocery shopping trip), 1 check-in via text or email between sessions with a response within the following business day, meeting recap notes, additional resources, and appropriate handouts and other relevant materials.

6-Month Health Transformation
$2,000

Includes weekly in-person, virtual, or telephone meetings with up to 5 additional meetings (for food prep, pantry revamp, or grocery shopping trip), 2 check-ins via text or email between sessions with a response within the following business day, meeting recap notes, additional resources, and appropriate handouts and other relevant materials.

4-Week Health Revamp / Add-on $450

If you’ve already worked with Tessa within the year and need a refresher, have new health goals, or are interested in extending your existing program, then this option is for you!
